Machining Parts
From 1 part to 1000 parts, Omnia Design & Mfg will produce your parts with the quality you expect and lead times you can count on. Omnia utilizes the most current CNC technology including both CNC Milling, and CNC Turning (Lathe).
Omnia works with a variety of materials to include Aluminums, Steels, Tool steels, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Nylon, ABS, UMHW, Plastics and more.
Emergency Repairs
There are few things more frustrating than an emergency breakdown when your customers are counting on their product. Omina Design can help you with expedited turn around on emergency repairs including but not limited to fixing existing parts, reverse engineering and remanufacturing parts from scratch, or creating alternate solutions to get your machine running again as quickly as possible. Omina is available on-call 24/7 for the most demanding timelines and emergencies.
Modifications
When the part you ordered isn’t as expected, you have your own design that will
make an existing part more effective, or you simply want to test a modification – Omnia Design will modify or rework your parts to your specifications. We work closely with our customers to understand their idea and bring it to life.
